Planned supervision

Planned supervision in Tellucare is a product that makes it possible to carry out a planned supervision at fixed times. It is possible to do this both with or without a camera, but the most common is with a camera. When it is time for a planned supervision, service operators receive a notification in Tellucare or the Tellucare Go app and can carry out the planned supervision. Several planned supervisions can be set up per service recipient, and you can limit which days it should be active. It is also possible to use an anonymised image to protect the privacy of the service recipient.
