How to connect to a new Ascom server

The following article covers what you have to do to connect a new Ascom server to Tellucare.

1. Log in to Tellucare as the role Tellu Support

2. Go to “Alarm forwarders” on the bottom in the left side menu

3. Click “Create” in the top right corner to create a new connection

4. Fill in the necessary information:
   Primary URL: Ascom server URL
   Display name: This name is to make it clear in Tellucare which server this is
   API key: API key from Ascom server
   Ascom integration ID: Integration ID from Ascom
   Heartbeat rate: Refresh rate of the connection (60 is recommended)
   Active: This button is toggled on to set connection active

   

5. Click create

6. Check http status to see that we have received 200 OK from the server
